170th Anniversary Concert
Come enjoy beautiful sacred music shared by our very own Sanctuary Choir, under the direction of Choir Director Jacob Truby. The choir will share various pieces they have prepped for worship throughout the year, and preview parts of the extended work of music they will share during worship in the fall accompanied by instrumentation (on October 12). Musical pieces will be interspersed with poetry, scripture, and other readings. Also enjoy a special piece from our Jubilate Ringers.
Also plan to be part of the “art” of this “Art & Anthems” event from 1-3pm, when we’ll host an arts open house, complete with the opening reception for an exhibit of art by Prairie Elementary students, with FREE hands-on art demos for all ages to enjoy!
This event is part of our congregation’s 170th Anniversary Celebrations, highlighting our long tradition of commitment to sacred music and our core value of “creativity.”
