Annual Meeting of the Congregation

The Session (church board) has called the Annual Meeting of the congregation for Sunday, March 20, 2022, immediately following worship (approximately 10:30am).

The meeting will be conducted in the Sanctuary and on Zoom (using the same meeting ID as worship: 266 066 994).

Business to be conducted includes:

• Approval of revised By-Laws
• Ratification of all actions taken at congregational meetings on June 7, 2020; March 21, 2021; and May 5, 2021; held on the Zoom videoconferencing platform
• Election of officers to the class of 2024
• Election of congregational representatives to the 2022-2023 Nominating Committee
• Approval of the pastor’s 2022 terms of call
• Receipt of 2021 annual reports

There will also be verbal reports regarding the church’s financial position and pandemic response, as well as remarks from Pastor Kendra Grams.
