Mission Committee

Mission Committee typically meets on the first Tuesday of the month at 9:00am. In August 2024, the meeting has been moved to August 13, at 9:00am, to accommodate a memorial prayer gathering.

Mission Committee, made up of dedicated volunteers and resources by our pastor, coordinates First Pres’s efforts to share God’s love in Hudson and beyond by disbursing financial support to partner organizations, collecting and delivering needed supplies to partner organizations, and coordinating opportunities for members and friends of the congregation to serve locally and globally. Our efforts are diverse, including responses to long-term and systemic concerns as well we emerging issues. We are particularly passionate about alleviating hunger and supporting vulnerable children and families.
