Memorial Services
It is our deep honor as a family of faith to celebrate the lives of loved ones who have gone before us into God’s eternal care and to provide care and support to friends and neighbors who are grieving.
Our pastor, staff, and community of faith stand ready to be there with and for you as you seek the assurance that in life or death, we belong to God.
We host services for members of our family of faith and for the wider community. All are loved by God and deserve to be remembered and celebrated for their love shared and service given.
To schedule a memorial service, contact our Office Administrator (715-386-2851 or send us a message) or Pastor Kendra (kendra.grams@fpchudson.net).
In addition to hosting memorial services, our deacons host receptions following memorial services as desired.
If you are planning a memorial service (or pre-planning a memorial service, which is always a gift to your loved ones), we encourage you to consider the following items:
+ What scriptures are meaning for you, or were meaningful to your loved one who died?
+ What hymns meaningfully celebrate your/ your loved one’s faith and trust in God’s love and provision? What other sacred music would also be a meaningful part of the memorial service?
+ Who would you want to say a few words of remembrance about you or your loved one?
In addition to considering these topics for the memorial service itself, we encourage all to discuss their desires for their final resting place and memorial visitations/ receptions.
