We seek to share God’s love in Hudson and throughout the St. Croix Valley by supporting organizations serving local neighbors in need and by sharing our building with community organizations.
Affirming God’s desire that all people have food to eat, we support:
- Hudson Food Shelf, which provides groceries to neighbors in need in the Hudson School District. Twelve area churches volunteer to stock and staff the food shelf. Our congregation staffs the food shelf in April, collects food throughout the year, and assists with major food drives.
- Hudson Backpack Program, which provides nonperishable, child-friendly, food items to families in the Hudson area. Each month, our congregation provides food to fill backpacks for children and families at North Hudson Elementary School.
- Give It Away Garden, located on the east lawn of the church, provides us a place to grow fresh vegetables for neighbors at the Hudson Food Shelf and clients of the St. Croix County Women, Infant, Child (WIC) Program.
